One Mr. Henry Okoro, has been remanded in prison custody for allegedly killing his wife, Amaka.
Okoro inflicted injuries on Anaka’s fingers and neck because she could not have a child.
The incident happened at Gbagada, Lagos State.
The Okoros were married for some unspecified number of years without having a child.
The late Amaka was said to have helped to secure the accommodation where the couple lived.
She was also said to have helped her husband in getting a job and bought the car which both of them were driving.
Despite
these, the deceased was said to have always suffered cruel beatings
from her husband for her inability to bear a child till her demise.\
